Ingredients
- 2/3 cup rice flour
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 2 large eggs (might be able to use egg replacer)
- 1/4 cup rice or almond milk
- 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vege shortening

Directions
beat milk and eggs. Add flour, corn, gum, salt, melted shortening.
Spread onto greased pan @1/4 in thick.
put on toppings and bake at 400 for 25 minutes. When i first made it,
the dough seemed way to runny when i spread it.
however, after it baked it was perfect. Because it's runny, you need to
carefully spread your sauce and toppings.
you can prebake these and freeze them and then rebake with with just
toppings for about 12-15 minutes.
