Please do not mistake these for the expertly balanced, or perfectly nutritional menus. These menus are the result of a desperate mother, just trying to get food into her picky eater daughter that is gluten free and Casein free. Any ideas to provide more nutrients are always welcomed. This is what works for us.
I usually fix 2 main dishes, one for Sophie that is gf/cf and one for the rest of the family while offering the vegetable to both. Sophie rarely eats the vegetable, but it's put in front of her.
